Refunds/Exchange
Royal Sanduk does have a Return/Exchange policy provided there is an unboxing video that proves a fault in the product. If you receive a Damaged/Tampered/Wrong item, you can qualify for an exchange.
Please consider the following:
- Complaints will be acknowledged if accompanied by an Unboxing Video. Each package is affixed with a reminder sticker about the Unboxing Video.
- Claims of defects or damages will be considered with an accompanying Unboxing video.
To initiate the exchange process, provide your details, including Order ID, Email ID, Name, along with the Unboxing Video, within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, to our customer care number at +91 8319607154.
Exchange Process:
- Our response time is a maximum of 48 working hours due to a high volume of messages.
- Upon reviewing your case, our Customer Care Executive will thoroughly examine the issue. If the provided Unboxing Video is deemed fake, repackaged, incomplete, or shows any other issues, the case will not be entertained.
Please ensure that the article is in its original, unused condition with intact packaging and tags.
If everything is satisfactory, we will approve the exchange. Once eligible for an exchange:
- Pack the item securely, just as you received it.
- Print and affix the label on the package as per guidance from our team.
- Within 24 hours of sharing the label, our delivery personnel will pick up the parcel from your address.
