However, if you receive a Damaged, Tampered, or Wrong Article, your order will be eligible for Exchange only.

Unboxing Video is mandatory.

No complaint will be entertained without a proper unboxing video.

Every package is dispatched with a sticker reminding you to record the unboxing.

Complaints without video proof will not be considered.
Complaint Procedure
You must share the following within 24 hours of receiving your parcel:

Name

Email ID

Instagram ID (if applicable)

Complete unboxing video (from start to end, unedited)

Exchange Process

Our maximum response time is 48 working hours (due to high volumes).

Once we review your case, our Customer Care Executive will examine and verify the issue.

If the unboxing video is fake, edited, re-packed, or incomplete, the case will be rejected.

For approved cases:

Article must be in its original, unused condition, with intact packaging and tags.

We will provide a shipping label in PDF form.

You must pack the article securely (as originally received, with bubble wrap).

Print and paste the label on the package.

Our delivery partner will collect the parcel within 24 hours of label issuance.

No exchanges will be approved if the product shows signs of use or tampering.
